OMRON continues to rely on INGESOM as a software development specialist. Proof of this are all the projects developed in the last 10 years as a programming supplier for the Japanese multinational.
Llansola. An example of Industry 4.0.
INGESOM has implemented a system of production control and registration of reasons for stoppage in real time in the production of ceramic biscuit in red and white paste Hermanos Llansola SL located in San Joan de Moró (Castellón).
INGESOM automates the link to unify two presses to one dryer
INGESOM modifies the programming of the press area and automates the link to unify two presses to a dryer in a ceramic company that allows it to increase production considerably.
The mobile section that unifies the two presses has a folding arm that facilitates the passage of both operators and molds, optimizing the working time in the plant. In addition, the communication between the PLC and the drives has been done using Ethernet IP communication avoiding unnecessary wiring.
KUKA ROBOTS invites INGESOM to the Industry 4.0 conference “The Future of Automation”.
KUKA Robotics, a pioneer in robotics and automation technology, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial robots. KUKA offers a wide variety of industrial robots of all types and with almost any load capacity. In addition, KUKA offers customized automation solutions for all customer requirements in cooperation with an extensive network of partner companies.
INGESOM attends the 2nd edition of the Internet of Things Solutions World Congress in Barcelona
The Internet of Things Solutions World Congress (IOTSWC) held its second edition at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue from October 25-27, 2016.
INGESOM visits MATELEC 2016, the international exhibition of solutions for the electrical and electronics industry.
The new edition of MATELEC will feature the participation of 700 exhibiting companies, an increase of 35% over the previous year, divided into four major specialized areas: Matelec, Lightec, Industry and Urbótica. The event organized by IFEMA took place from October 25 to 28, 2016 at Feria de Madrid, and has established itself as the largest industry event for Southern Europe and markets in North Africa and Latin America.
INGESOM implements the Production Control System
INGESOM implements in a leading ceramics company the Production Control System that allows the automatic capture of production data by counting the pieces produced at different points of the manufacturing line, identifying the most problematic areas and improving production planning.
INGESOM designs and develops a SCADA for vat filling control.
INGESOM designs and develops a SCADA application for vat filling control following customer specifications. With this solution, human errors in the plant have been reduced almost entirely, as operators need permission from the application before loading a vat of a certain material.
The general synoptic allows users to quickly visualize the status of the silos, showing the load levels, alarms, the vats inside the factory and the pending loading orders, speeding up the work of the employees.
The SCADA application is installed in the loading offices where operators monitor the existing tank trucks in the factory in real time. In addition, in a very intuitive way, the customer can see the traceability of the different loads, significantly increasing the control over them.
INGESOM collaborates with the multinational company EFI in the programming of the new Nozomi C18000 digital printer.
Ingesom as an expert engineering in development on the .net platform, has collaborated in the programming of the control screen of the new inkjet printing machine “Nozomi C18000” of the prestigious multinational EFI™ (Electronics For Imaging) for the industrial packaging sector in corrugated cardboard. This innovative single-pass LED printer that is capable of reaching a speed of 75m/min and making prints up to 1.8m in length has been presented during the celebration of the main reference fair for the graphic and industrial printing sector, drupa 2016, in Dusseldorf (Germany) which on this occasion took place from May 31 to June 10, 2016.
INGESOM virtualizes a PC in an international plastics factory
INGESOM virtualizes the PC of an extruder machine in an important international plastics factory. This PC had definitively stopped working and the programming of the extruder was obsolete, the most viable and least expensive solution for the customer was to clone the hard disk and virtualize the PC, to ensure the operation and production of the machine.
INGESOM programs new HMI and PLC screens in the press area
INGESOM modifies the programming of a PLC and new HMI screens in the press area of a ceramic company. With the increase in the number of available labels identifying a different type of stored soil, it is no longer necessary to remove an existing label and we improve the identification of raw materials in a way that avoids human errors and optimizes working time.
In addition, the general synoptic charts have been graphically modified to show at a glance the type of soil stored in each silo of the plant, facilitating the work of the operators.
INGESOM implements the 2nd phase of the Energy Management System
After the successful implementation of the Energy Management System in a well-known ceramic company in the province of Castellón and the confirmation that the application is amortized in less than 18 months, the client decides to continue with a 2nd phase.
