INGESOM manufactures a new panel to control the filling of tanks in the plant of an important raw materials distributor. The old switchboard was obsolete, now the hoses have been cleaned up, the electrical documentation is up to date and complies with current regulations. With the new panel, the customer can identify the connections in case of failures, simplifying the maintenance of the panel and reducing the working time.
In addition, in each silo there is a pushbutton panel that allows actions such as filling tanks without having to go to the electrical panel and seeing the loading action at all times, facilitating the process for operators and increasing control over the process.
This new control panel has also unified a second existing panel in the plant, so the customer saves space with a single panel and has a single point of access that allows greater control and minimizes possible errors thanks to the simplicity of the new system.
